- Dr. Devin Atkinson is a 3rd generation Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) and one of 21 DCs in his family. Dr. Atkinson graduated from the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. He and his wife, Dr. Lori Atkinson, met while studying at Palmer. Drs. Atkinson opened Atkinson Family Chiropractic in Denver, NC in January 2006. They have each taken over 180 hours of post-graduate education on pregnancy and pediatrics through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. They welcomed their daughter, Kylie, in February 2008, Dr. Lori Atkinson left the practice to be a stay-at-home mom. She came back to the practice in 2012 to start working with patients to achieve better health through nutritional supplementation. The mission of Atkinson Family Chiropractic is to help every man, woman, and child in the Lake Norman area learn what real health is and how to achieve it.
